Tata Power Community Development Trust aims at bringing change in the community by enabling communities towards self-reliance. In a partnership with Tisser India, market Linkages for products produced by women& farmers associated with Anokha Dhaaga, Samriddhi & Saheli World (TPCDT initiatives) were established. Promotion and preservation of local businesses and art is taken place and more opportunities for a sustainable future are created. The common goal of sustaining more livelihood for women is realised by this project encompassing year 2020-21.
Vruksh Ecosystem is an entity that helps accelerate business and mentors a network to upskill and skill-build. In partnership with Tisser India, it conducted counselling sessions, workshops on digital literacy, small business, marketing, networking, and worked closely for government lead initiatives like Udyog Aadhar. This exposure really helped our women to double down on their strengths and future prospects.
Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM)
Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) is the women and child development department of the Government of Maharashtra. It aims to organize women through Self-Help Groups, build overall capacities of women, and promote equal economic and social opportunities. Tisser India partnered with MAVIM to mobilize women, get access to SHG network and establish 50 units across various clusters. We also generated leads and orders for making revenue for women based units.
AIILSG – a premier, Government recognized Institute having glorious unmatched standing of more than ‘93 years’ with “Pan-India Presence” is working in close association with States and Central Government, National and International Agencies. AIILSG, with “decades of dedicated service” in the field of – Education, Training Research, Advocacy Events, Consultancy, Seminars and Training Work-shops has been working with renewed emphasis to empower the Local Bodies to usher in Good Local Governance, across the country.
Mann Deshi Foundation
The aim of the Mann Deshi Mahila Sahakari Bank was to address a lack of access to formal financial institutions and be a safe space for rural women to save their money.
The Mann Deshi Foundation supports the bank by addressing needs beyond financing. We work on building business skills and facilitating market access for women entrepreneurs as well as their communities.
